'Ficamos três dias e ocorreu tudo bem e tranquilo, o hotel é grande, espaçoso e está muito bem localizado dentro das muralhas de Almeida, com fácil acesso e muitas vagas para estacionar o veículo em frente ao hotel. A vista também valoriza o local. O melhor mesmo é o atendimento do Luís que nos recepcionou com total atenção, cuidado e gentileza. A limpeza e o cheiro perfumado por todo hotel é bem agradável. '

'I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it wasn’t the most comfortable experience. The room itself was just okay—basic but functional. However, it didn’t feel very clean. There was an awful smell in the room that never went away. There were visible marks on the walls, a stale smell, and the bathroom could definitely use a more thorough scrubbing. "Mooi gelegen hotel. Leuk gerenoveerd. Ontbijt prima. Makkelijk parkeren (tegen betaling). Goed gerenoveerde badkamer. Kamer op zich ok maar vol met vliegen. Zowel kleine als grote vliegen. Volgens de receptie was dit “normaal” voor de tijd van het jaar. Ik heb 2x gevraagd om de kamer te laten spuiten met een verdelgingsmiddel tegen de vliegen, maar dat hebben ze niet gedaan ondanks de belofte om het wel te doen. Voor een dergelijke overnachtingsprijs mag je denk ik een kamer verwachten die niet vol met vliegen zit. Erg teleurstellend."
