'The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. At the check-in, the staff asked if we had any allergies or special needs but he didn't provide anything extra at the breakfast... Check-in was horrible. We couldn't pay with our credit card or we had to pay a 15% extra fee. After a discussing of 1 hour We had to pay in cash.'

'How can I describe? First of all the Host Mr. John is so polite and we really enjoy how he received us in LINDA VISTA. He told us about the property, when and how he build, etc. Delicious breakfast made by Adriana( thank you so much Adriana!!) and the apartment so cozy!! On top of all this, it is closer to the city center. It is a great location! And for those who like walking, there is the Argentine Lake and the Mirante. My family an I spent 3 great days!! 'Konke is about 5 minutes from El Calafate downtown, offering quick, direct access to all downtown offers. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is continental, with an excellent assortment of pastries and good coffee. It has two floors, but no lift to second floor. Would select Konke again if we ever return to El Calafate. '

'Het hotel is erg verouderd. De badkamer is heel basic , alleen een shampoo en conditioner. Geen douchegel of zo . De bedden zijn voorzien van heel dunne dekentjes. Als het koud is zijn er gern extra dekens. De witte sprei op bed was vies. Het internet was slecht. Heel traag of zelfs geen verbinding. Het hotel drasgt 4 sterren , maar is het niet waard. Ontbijt wel goed.'

    "Very welcome from the start we came in at the reception. Nice excursion offert. The only thing that can be better is the service at the breakfast. A lot of things weren't filled. We saw the staff with 3 persons sitting and having their own food. When asked for what we missed, the faced looked bored and only stood up like a minute later. It wassen't that late during breakfast so is wasn't the end off breakfast yet. My advise would be to look constantly what is missing at the breakfast buffet so guests don't miss anything. "
