La Baule: Maison de Vacances en Famille au Calme

Rents detached house (built in 1998, 110 m² of living space), on wooded and fenced land of 1000 m2, quiet area of Tréméac, in a dead end, 1 km from the village of Escoublac (shops), 2 km from the beach of La Baule, 2km from the TGV station of La Baule-Escoublac (TGV line Paris-Le Croisic), 3 km from the market of La Baule.

First floor: Entrance with cupboard, large living room with direct access to south and west facing terraces (with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue), independent kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, table for 6 people) with direct access to the west terrace, a bedroom with cupboard (1 bed 160 x190), walk-in shower room, separate toilet, scullery (washing machine).

Upstairs: A bedroom (1 bed 140x190) with large cupboard and desk, a bedroom (2 beds 90x190) with storage, mezzanine (1 bed 90x190), bathroom with toilet.
Baby cot and high chair available on request.

Enclosed garden, naturally shaded in front of the south terrace. Terraces without vis-à-vis. Possibility to park bicycles in a secure garden shed. Private enclosed courtyard with several parking spaces. Free Wi-Fi. Sheets, bath mats and dish towels provided (included in the rental).
Non-smoking rental. Party not allowed.
The cleaning fee is optional (90 euros), but mandatory if pets.

* The ports of Pouliguen, Le Croisic, La Turballe (possibility of accessing the islands of Hoedic, Houat and Belle-Ile-en-Mer from La Turballe or Le Croisic with the Navix company in July and August.
* The salt marshes of Guérande and their museums (Terre de Sel, Batz-sur-Mer Museum).
* The medieval city of Guérande (7km)
* The Brière Regional Nature Park and its boat and carriage rides (11 km)
* The international golf course of La Baule.
* Saint-Nazaire: Submarine base, Chantiers de l'Atlantique (20 km)
* Nantes about 50 minutes by car.
* Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan 1 hour 15 minutes by car.
