'This property is a great little option for a summer visit to Quebec City. The location was great and the free parking (though not on-site) was greatly appreciated. The lot was a quick 5-6 minute walk away. That being said, street parking was readily available and the one hour signs seemed meaningless as we saw cars parked overnight on the street. 'Wow! What a great place to stay, especially for VIA Rail travelers like us. The suite was huge and almost seemed like it was intended to be an actual apartment. The full-size washer and dryer were an excellent plus for us since we had been on vacation for over a week. The housekeeper was hanging out in the room when we got there, which was a little weird. 'We had a wonderful time in QC! The location of the property was fantastic. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We loved that it was across the street from the marina, which has a fun bar to watch the sunset. Great prices on drinks, too! The only “wish list” was that the lofts had a balcony, since we like to sit outside. If you choose to stay there, don’t panic when you get to the location and there isn’t a sign.
