Holiday cottage for 10 people - 4 bedrooms/3 shower rooms, 1 bathroom - located on the border of Cantal and Lozère, 55 minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay. At an altitude of 1165m, enjoy warm, sunny summer days and cool, restful nights. Pets welcome (maximum 2). Bed linen, towels, and cleaning included (excluding kitchen).

10 minutes from the village of Saugues: natural swimming lake, water skiing, towed inflatables, paddleboarding, fishing, horseback riding, swimming pool with hammam and sauna, collegiate church, the Beast of Gévaudan Museum, the Tour des Anglais (English Tower), the Celtic Festival in Gévaudan in August, and village festivals in the summer. Our cottage is located in a typical old Margeride farmhouse in Pompeyrin, a small hamlet in the countryside, in the commune of La Besseyre Saint Mary. The ground floor offers:

- a lovely living room with a small, fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

Large dining table - lounge area with a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings by the wood-burning stove.

- the Coquelicots bedroom (two single beds) with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
- the laundry room (washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities).

- a second toilet.

On the first floor, you will find the Framboise family room with four single beds and a bathroom with a toilet.

The second floor comprises two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (shower, sink/toilet): the Jonquille bedroom (two single beds) and the Campagne bedroom (one double bed and one single bed).

Each bedroom has a bath mat and a hairdryer.

SERVICES INCLUDED in the rental price:

- For your comfort, we provide bed linen and towels. Beds are not made upon arrival; please strip them before your departure. - Firewood for the wood-burning stove provided free of charge (heating the ground floor living room)

- Electric heating included up to 20 kWh/night (any excess will be charged to the owners)

- End-of-stay cleaning is included EXCLUDING THE KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM

- Baby equipment (high chair, booster seat, baby bath and travel cot for children under 3 years old, play mat)

- Garden furniture, barbecue

- Bicycle storage

SECONDARY DEPOSITS: will be requested upon arrival unless they have already been charged at the time of booking.

General security deposit: €500

Kitchen cleaning deposit: €150

Pet deposit: If you wish to bring your pet, you must inform us at the time of booking. €100/pet - maximum 2 pets. The house is not adapted for disabled people.
Check-in is between 6 pm and 8 pm except in exceptional circumstances.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present. Equipment not mentioned are not considered to be present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

By the D589 (route du Puy-en-Velay), go to the town of Saugues, then follow the D589 in the direction of Malzieu and La Besseyre-Saint-Mary. On your arrival in Pompeyrin take the road towards La Besseyre St Mary, after 200m do not leave the village of Pompeyrin, take the first small road on your left.
By the A75 motorway, exit at Ruynes en Margeride or Saint Chély and take the direction of Saugues.
