Independent 177 m² chalet spread over three levels, ideally located just steps away from all the activities in La Chapelle-d’Abondance.
Ground floor:
A storage room with internal access, an entrance hall, and a staircase leading upstairs. Bedroom 4 features a double bed (140x190) and a baby cot (equipment suitable for one or two babies), with direct access to the terrace. Card games and board games for children are also available. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and washbasin, a separate WC, and a spacious living area with space նախատեսված for a fireplace or wood-burning stove. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped. A south-facing terrace completes this level.
Garden level:
Three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190), Bedroom 2 with two pull-out beds (90x190), and Bedroom 3 with two single beds (90x190). There is also a laundry area, a shower room with washbasin, two separate WCs, and a leisure area with a pool table and a foosball table for children. Two bunk beds (80 cm) are also available to help with sleeping arrangements, but they are not included in the total capacity of 14 guests. Additional features include a drying rack, a second small TV, and access to a large covered terrace.
First floor:
Three bedrooms: Bedroom 5 with a double bed (140x190), a baby cot, and a changing table; Bedroom 6 with three single beds (90x190); and Bedroom 7 with two single beds (90x190) and one child’s bed (70x150), along with books for both adults and children. Two of these bedrooms have access to a balcony (for both rooms). This level also includes a shower room with washbasin and a separate WC.
Exterior:
A landscaped sloping garden, outdoor parking, and a covered area for two vehicles. The chalet offers a stunning 180° panoramic view over the valley and surrounding mountains. It features a very large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture in summer, a table tennis table, and a second covered terrace. Two charcoal barbecues are also available during the summer season. Located in a शांत and peaceful environment, the chalet also includes a dedicated ski and equipment storage room.
La Chapelle-d’Abondance is an authentic village resort offering a ski area across two slopes and serves as one of the main gateways to the Portes du Soleil domain. In winter, you can enjoy alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. In summer, the resort offers a wide range of activities including hiking for all levels and via ferrata.
