'Conveniently located near the airport. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were basic but very clean. Good restaurant at reasonable prices. Breakfast was included and more than OK. Next stay in Port-au-Prince will definitely be again in the VIsa Lodge. '

'The front personnel desk at the hotel were very nice and easy to communicate. Very large and clean place to enjoy your stay. My room looked excellent and well organized. I will refer this hotel to anyone that travel to Haiti that needs a safe place to spend sometimes especially close to the airport. I have nothing negative about this place.'

'This hotel is only pieces of bricks and mortar on the ground. I was disappointed and frustrated that Orbitz is still carrying this place on their website for people to book. Only a security guard and another guy were on the property. No manager or anyone in charge. I had to fend for myself to find another hotel of which there were none close by. Complete disaster.'

'The generator off most of the time so, no air conditioner and no hot water to shower every morning. When I let them know about, I was told that it was going to get fixed but this was continued every single day. Therefore, I had to cancel my upcoming April reservation because I didn’t want to have that horrible experience again. '
