This stunning newly-built chalet sleeps 10 people in five bedrooms, with three bathrooms. Situated between the mountain villages of La Giettaz and La Clusaz, guests staying at Chalet Sabaroc will find plenty to do in summer and winter. 

It's a great choice for two or three families enjoying a holiday, or perhaps for a big family celebration. With a large open plan living area as well as a bar, it's an ideal place to create wonderful memories together.

Shops and restaurants can be found in La Giettaz, just over 2km away, and the ski bus stops 300m from the chalet. There are more restaurants, shops and bars in the busy village of La Clusaz, which is 8km from the chalet. The owner has made arrangements for snow to be cleared in the winter, so access to the main road should not be a problem.

The stylish accommodation at Chalet Sabaroc is set over three floors. The entrance is to the first floor - there's access to the large double garage with plenty of room for storing bikes and skis, and a ski room with a heated boot rack. The hall has storage space as well as a toilet. 

The first floor is also where you'll find the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, with large windows and doors on to the spacious terrace which catches the sun on two sides of the chalet. The modern kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast for everyone, a large American-style fridge to keep the drinks cold, and a breakfast bar. 

The dining table is big enough for everyone to eat together, and after your meal, why not curl up on the cosy sofas to watch a film, or enjoy a nightcap in the bar area?  

Four of the five bedrooms are on the garden level, and each has access to a terrace - summer or winter, opening the doors and letting in the mountain air is an invigorating way to start the day! Three of the bedrooms are doubles, and one, a children's room, has bunks and a single bed. There's a shower room and separate toilet on this floor and the fourth bedroom also has an en suite shower room.

The fifth bedroom, a spacious master suite, is on the top floor. As well as its own large bathroom, this luxurious space also has a dressing room and access to a balcony with views that will take your breath away.  There's a mezzanine area on this floor which over looks the living area below. 

The three floors are connected by a stylish wood and glass staircase, which enables light to flow between all the floors. 

ABOUT THE AREA ...

Chalet Sabaroc is in an amazing location at the foot of the Aravis mountains, with splendid views across the valley. Its position just 2km from La Giettaz, on the road to La Clusaz, means there is easy access to a great choice of skiing in the winter and hiking and biking in the summer.

The link from Le Plan to the ski areas of Combloux and Megève means skiers have lots of choice - more than 100km of pistes in the Portes du Mont Blanc area, and stil more in the larger Evasion Mont Blanc area, which covers covering Megève, St-Gervais, Saint- Nicolas de Veroce and Les Contam. If you're still looking for more, you're just a short drive from the La Clusaz ski area, which has more than 200km of pistes. 

There's just as much to do in the summer - choose from walking, climbing, mountain-biking, summer luge, picnics, or just enjoy the 360-degree views from the top of some of the ski lifts. The Col des Aravis, a familiar scene in the Tour de France, is also nearby. 

The medieval town of Annecy is just 45km away - close enough for a day trip. Explore the narrow streets and canalside restaurants or enjoy a day on one of the lakeside beaches.
