This is where the house earns its name. Open views to the Atlantic, banana plantations below, complete quiet. The terrace has an outdoor hot shower, dining table and sofa — the kind of spot you'll rearrange your whole day around.

Ground floor open-plan space. Fully equipped kitchen with central island — ideal for cooking together. Living room with an extra double bed if you need it.



Kitchen: Nespresso machine, hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, blender, wine glasses, complete tableware and cookware.



Full bathroom on this floor with bathtub and shower.



BEDROOM



Upper-floor grand master bedroom with wooden beams and original wooden floors. Desk and dressing room. Room-darkening blinds. W.C.



SHARED SPACES



Heated plunge pool (2 m × 4 m, max depth 1.50 m) with ocean views. Available 08:30 to 22:00.

Shared with the other two houses on the finca only — a maximum of 6 guests (adults only) across the whole property.



Covered garden porch with outdoor seating. Shared washing machine and dryer at the finca entrance.

Finca Santa Catalina is made up of three independent rural houses, each with its own character. Casa Los Sueños and Casita Serena are also available — same finca, same setting, independently run.

We won't be at the house during your stay, but we're always available — message us and we'll get back to you quickly.



Check-in is from 15:00 and entirely self-guided. We'll send you the lockbox code by message before arrival. On departure, please leave the keys in the lockbox by 11:00.
