It comprises a living room with a lounge area, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), two adjoining bedrooms (one with a single bed (90 cm) and the other with a double bed (140 cm), a shower room with a 70x70 cm shower and toilet. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer compartment. Flat-screen TV in the third bedroom with access to the rear garden. Enclosed garden accessible from bedroom 3 or by walking around the house. Small, open shed for bicycle storage. Garden furniture, barbecue, 2 sun loungers. Parking on the property. Pets allowed - Cleaning fee available: €102.

On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go at low tide to the Gois passage. Fish for clams and cockles. Taste all the seafood, fish and the famous new potato, the "Bonnotte" depending on the season. Several pine and holm oak forests are located in 3 places on the island by the sea. In Barbatre and La Guérinière, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.
