In the shade of the pine trees or under the mild Mediterranean sun, you will have the choice between several beaches with different atmospheres: idleness, swimming or water activities (sailing, paddleboarding, windsurfing, sea kayaking, scuba diving...). For a boat trip to the Iles d'Or (Porquerolles, Port Cros or the Levant) the pier is located on the port of Miramar, 3 minutes by car from the rental and for a hike, a marked path leads to the superb coves with crystal clear waters of the coast and allows you to reach, for the most courageous, the Fort de Brégançon. For golf lovers, Valcros Golf is 10 minutes away by car.
Many activities are offered throughout the year and mainly during the summer season (craft evenings, music festivals of all kinds, theme evenings...) and the Provençal market on Sunday morning is a real source of wealth of regional products. Numerous terraces await you to enjoy traditional Provençal cuisine (fish soup, ratatouille, aioli...) or relax around an aperitif accompanied by a pleasant wine from our beautiful region.
The residence is secure and has two private swimming pools (one for children and one for adults) as well as a parking space. A closed bike room and several racks are at your disposal to enjoy the many cycle paths around, as well as a large fun and relaxation park for the whole family.
The apartment is air-conditioned, it is located on the 3rd floor without elevator, consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a small room with bunk beds, all with a balcony with dining area.
Short stays in high season are not accepted and pets are not allowed.
