Villa la Bonaccia - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

La Bonaccia is a villa built to the design of the well-known architect M. Perrot. It is located on the waterfront of the “Piras” residential village and is a few tens of meters from the sea, facing the island of Caprera.
The garden, protected by an artistic dry stone wall, consists of Mediterranean essences, in particular mastic, and gives complete privacy to the house. The place is quiet and car traffic is limited to a few residents. The two sandy beaches of the Village are easily accessible on foot on an asphalt road in about 3 minutes (500 meters). The first is Cala Grande, a favorite for bathrooms, it has a play area for the little ones. The second beach is also used for mooring boats.
The villa has very high ceilings, large rooms and ceiling fans to keep it always cool. Dining outside, on the porch, during summer evenings is particularly pleasant. Nearby there is also a brick barbecue. Coming back from the sea and taking a shower outside will truly be a relaxing moment in the middle of nature. With a covered area of more than 150 square meters, the house is on the ground floor only, without steps. It is particularly suitable and safe even for families with children and/or the elderly.
The Villa is organized as follows: large living room and dining room for 8 people; 3 bedrooms: 2 double and one with 2 single beds; 2 large bathrooms, one with bathtub/shower and the other with shower; a kitchen; covered veranda with dining table. The house has three separate entrances: pedestrian access, car entrance with covered parking space and very large entrance for the tow boat. The IUN structure code is: P7053

La Bonaccia has been designed to have an environmentally sustainable ventilation system, which allows optimal air conditioning of the rooms in the house, including the living room and kitchen, with a low environmental impact and eliminating the noise pollution produced by air conditioners.
The walls and roof of the house are insulated, so as to limit heat exchange with the outside. All rooms have double openings, for air exchange and natural ventilation. The sealed windows with a wide opening allow the ventilation to be adjusted as best as possible. In support, in every room of the house there are blade fans installed on the ceiling.
This system will allow you to enjoy the interior and exterior of the house, in an ecological and healthy way.
All windows are also equipped with mosquito nets.
Only if strictly necessary, upon direct request provided at least one day in advance and subject to availability, it is possible to leave luggage directly inside the apartment, before check-in, while the cleaning service is in progress, for an additional cost of 100.00 EUR in cash on site.
