'Great staff, specially in the front desk was Camila, very helpful with all our needs, La Sra. Ofelia in house keeping was always kind and she kept the room very clean, and lastly the chef, always surprised us with the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel'

'Overall the stay was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. One of the maids had a nasty habit of knotting charging leads, but they all kept everything very clean Breakfast was good particularly when Deisy (if I spelled correctly) was there.
I don't speak Spanish and rely on translate but reception were understanding and helpful.'

'We stayed here three nights. The staff is amazing. They have the restaurant on site with typical Colombian food, which was very good. This is a very tranquil hotel. Everything has been remodeled and is nice and clean. You are very close to the coffee park and many other attractions. We can’t wait to come back. '

Never needed to go to far there’s everything in the area and super safe . Love how clean the hotel is and the option to get everything room services including some laundry .
