'This self-acclaimed hotel closed a year ago in a totally run-down state. Some four months ago it was bought by a new (US citizen) owner who is trying to rebuild the place. Currently there is one room that looks quite okay, however there is no reception, no personnel apart from a local housekeeper. The problem starts with the entrance. 'We booked the upstairs apartment, which has two queen beds and a very spacious bedroom with a TV. It includes a kitchenette, a small fridge, a dining table, and a living room with a TV. The AC worked perfectly in the bedroom. Everything in the apartment was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The apartment also has a big balcony with a distant but very nice view of the city, which was a pleasant bonus and a great place to relax. The staff was friendly...
