The accommodation
Welcome to the 4th floor of the Licorne residence! Located in Belle Plagne, a 100% pedestrian family resort perched at an altitude of 2050 m, we have fitted out this 23 m² studio so that it is as functional for sports as it is warm for relaxing with friends or family.PGJyPg
🏠 The Interior Space
- Bright living room with sofa bed (2 people) + 1 daybed (1 person), TV, cards and board games available.

- Cabin area: 2 bunk beds and window to the outside.

- Storage: large cupboards and wardrobes, luggage storage on the ceiling, drawers under the sofa and beds.

- Full kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, 3 burners, combination microwave, filter coffee maker, espresso machine (senseo), kettle, toaster. Raclette & fondue machines included.

- Bathroom: recently renovated, modern, with toilet and hairdryer.

❄️ In Winter: Total skiing
- Ski-in/ski-out: direct departure and return from the building. ESF and Club Piou-Piou at the foot of the residence.

- Les Arcs link: very simple. Only 1 lift (Arpette chairlift) is enough to switch to the slope and ski down to the Vanoise Express aerial cableway.

The + comfort: Ski locker on the first floor with heated boot dryers.

☀️ In Summer: Open air & Calm
- Exposure: Large balcony Facing South without vis-à-vis for sunbathing facing the peaks.

Activities: 100% pedestrian resort. Hiking departures, via ferrata, mountain bike trails and Deep Nature Spa 5 minutes away.

- Direct and covered access to the upper parking lot.

- Self-contained and flexible arrival at any time via a secure key box. A practical welcome guide will be sent to you before the stay.

- On site: a local concierge (Marie-France) is at your disposal. Present in the resort, she ensures that the accommodations are properly prepared and remains available if necessary to guarantee a worry-free stay.

- End-of-stay cleaning included.
