Located just 400 m from the famous Cormier beach, in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this single-storey house of 90 m² and its outbuildings of 30 m² are exposed East-West on a fenced and secure plot of 640 m². With 6 bedrooms, this accommodation can welcome up to 10 adults and 1 child.



The main house consists of a comfortable living room with a TV lounge area and its DVD/Blu-ray player and a dining area (please note that the TV does not offer channels or platforms but can accommodate a Chromecast or any equivalent system). You will find the open-plan kitchen just next to it, equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home: ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle and multifunctional food processor. On the sleeping side, the house comprises a master suite (140 bed) with bathtub, two double bedrooms (140 bed), a single child's bedroom (90 bed), a shower room and an independent WC.



On the dependency side, you will enjoy a room with a jacuzzi available all year round, as well as a bathroom with WC and two independent bedrooms (140 bed).



For maximum comfort, a gas plancha, garden furniture, a changing table, a baby chair seat and much more are provided...



You will be able to secure your bicycles on the side of the house and park up to 2 cars, or even your boat and jet-ski on the grounds. Additional spaces are available free of charge in front of the house.
