It's so centrally located and close to the ferry dock, restaurants, groceries, etc. Also, for swimming you can easily drive down the street to Joni's Beach, which is a perfectly nice in-town beach. 'The beach on this property is amazing and cannot be beat! We spent hours enjoying the beautiful view and nice sand. The house is a manufactured home, but it was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. It also has a large yard and two fire pits (one at the beach) to enjoy. The outdoor shower was a fun perk as well. I would definitely book it again.'
