Both indoor and outdoor pools are closed permanently due to unsafe health reasons. Does not mention this when I booked the room for 3 days only stayed one night with no refund for the other two nights. $300 for a night with no pool and no carpet in the room.

This hotel went above and beyond when the pool was down, they accommodated by having a bounce house and gave a courtesy phone call to let us know in advance. Customer service iwas and always Is impeccable.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament, it was perfect location. Room was very clean, hallways could use a vacuum, but not a big deal. There was a band in the restaurant that was fun and pizza was very good. The pool, hot tub, sauna were not working, but we wouldn’t have been able to use it anyways, so it wasn’t a big deal. They did have a huge blowup jumpy in the common area that our volleyball players thought was fun! I would stay here again.

While the price was quite appealing, the noise from next door was simply atrocious. Even with my noise plugs, it was unbearable. We contacted reception and requested a room change. However, the new room had its own issues—the door across from ours lacked both a handle and a latch, secured only with a bag. Additionally, there was no breakfast available when we went to the cafeteria around 8:14 AM. Don't get me wrong, all the staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, polite, and the room was clean. It's just that the place could really use some maintenance. Also, guests who engage in fighting, shouting, slamming doors, and throwing things inside their rooms should be promptly removed from the property to maintain a peaceful environment.

This resort is currently being upgraded and now has an excellent new steam room and sauna, next to the hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool. New fitness room, free breakfast in their breakfast nook. Great Pizza, beer, and appetizers at their UNO pizzeria and Bar. Also a great location to watch a sports game and local entertainers. I live nearby and think this a great destination for locals and visitors alike. Walking distance to parks and stores.

The pictures that were on Expedia, was not this hotel! They showed nice looking rooms with a view a lake right outside. Closest lake about a half mile away.

We checked in and went to the room. I opened the drapes and there were black blooms all over the windows. There was a party next-door and they decided to use our sliding glass door to decorate. I went out and asked them how long and loud this party would be. They said oh it would be quiet. I left to go to dinner, and a few hours later I returned, and all night long I was woken up by them, screaming and fighting. I never called security, but security did show up to the door, they left and five minutes later they were screaming and yelling again. There was a boyfriend and girlfriend fighting, obviously drinking too much and carrying on. I’m lucky I got an hour of sleep the entire night, listening to them scream and argue when I checked out, I told the front desk clerk, but she didn’t seem to care , I love the new updates and we were in an updated room but I will never book this hotel again and it’s a shame because it’s in a great location with a nice pizzeria inside the hotel. I can’t believe that this establishment allows the loudness and parties to go on . When we came back from dinner, there were six police officers in the lobby talking to people. I don’t know what it was about and I didn’t care that should’ve been my clue to leave then and ask for a refund.

The automatic front doors to the property were not working. So checking in I was directed to a side door later at night that was not very well lit and then had to try to bring my luggage in thru a door that was not automatic. As a single female late at night, not safe and difficult to bring in luggage.

I surveyed the local motels/hotels and learned that Pine Lake resorts would accept pets. (I personally made the call the week-end following Thanksgiving and specifically asked about pets). When my daughter went to check in, she was told the facility was not pet friendly. She left upset and returned to Indianapolis and was not part of our Christmas family get-together. I am 76 and I am sure this is the last time the family will come here for Christmas. Extremely disappointing.

I was outside having a cigarette when a man pulls in swerving and speeding fast with his bumper missing when he gets out the car bottles of alcohol fall out with him and I asked him to please dont park your car by my car he cursed at me and went inside to check in when I came inside. To tell the clerk of the desk. What had transpired? The clerk told me that hes a paying customer and I should leave the hotel... im like well so am i..but it seem this guy was a regular.. so we got our stuff and left.. and they wouldn't refund me the second day stay i had oaid for.. even tho we weren't there the next day..

It has potential to be a nice property but for the price it's not worth it there's no in hotel laundry service the rooms are not that big at all the rollaway bed is $10 a day and it's not worth it because then when I got was broken I fell off of it the first night

Very nice.
I had a great time, they are still remodeling but what is done so far looks amazing. The pool was clean and clear. The fitness room is awesome they just need to out a tv in there so you can had a little noise in the background.

This property is in need of a face-lift. It is old and falling apart. The landscape is unkept...the wiring and outlets in our room did not work. Breakfast was lacking, the whole place had a unwelcoming feeling

The first room I was in, didn’t have a television that worked. They move me to a new room. Most of the television channel is worked and the Wi-Fi was better. Then that room started to leak water from under the wall and in the bathroom and from the ceiling so they had to move me to another room. I chose it because it was the least expensive and it had a pool and a hot tub which I wanted. Pool and hot tub were fine.

After checking into our room, our TV did not work.We called the front desk and they could not change our room, due to no other rooms being available. In the morning, we noticed our shower was not quite clean from a prior guest. :( Check out is 11am, and pool and hot tub are locked until 10am. Wish they opened earlier.

If you are looking for an inexpensive one night stay, this works. First room the toilet leaked & the shower curtain rod was coming off the enclosure. We asked to be moved. The 2nd room was clean as was the bed and towels, but the soap & shampoo bottles were tiny. The included breakfast was not worth going to. I had the coffee, oj & free apple and we moved on.

Wasn't expecting much...but Surprisingly good
This place seems to be just getting going again after a hiatus. Rooms were upgraded around 6 months ago i think. Other renovations seem to be happening in the rest of the building too. The restaurant is nearing completion as well the front desk clerk said. No problem w/keys etc. Very affordable for a Notre Dame football weekend especially compared to South Bend & Elkhart. Easy drive into the stadium (took us about 45 mins to drive the 28.5 miles.)
