Some cozy blankets in the living area and shorter entry code to the door would have been appreciated. Also, at a hotel that caters to tourists, having front desk clerks that don’t speak English is a little frustrating. '

'Best kept secret hotel. Brand new, extremely clean, great roof top pool and security guard at the door. Love the decor of the rooms and the rooftop which offered incredible views of the Romantic Zone. I would definitely recommend everyone. '

Good ac. 5 minute walk to the beach, it is in a steep hill but there is a tramway working all day for you to use for free. There is an Oxxo and pharmacy up the hill. Walking distance from several restaurants will definitely be staying here again !'

The pool on the roof has a spectacular view! The location is perfect: close to the beach and great restaurants. And last but not least: people working at Azul are very friendly and always willing to help. We cannot wait to be back!'
