Dit prachtige huis met 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers is perfect voor een weekendje weg, festivalweekends of om een paar weken te genieten van het prachtige woestijnweer terwijl de sneeuw zich weer thuis ophoopt. De grote, open plattegrond is erg gezellig en biedt voldoende ruimte voor grote groepen of families.

Gelegen op slechts enkele minuten van Coachella, The Polo Grounds, Old Town La Quinta, PGA West en talloze andere golfbanen van wereldklasse.

De ruimte

Het huis heeft veel upgrades en is smaakvol ingericht. De master suite is beneden en heeft een groot terras. De 2 gastenkamers bevinden zich op de bovenverdieping waarvan 1 ook een eigen patio heeft.

De buitenruimte biedt talloze gebieden om te genieten van het warme weer en het prachtige uitzicht op de omliggende bergen en bomen. Het aangepaste zoutwaterzwembad en de hot tub zijn omgeven door weelderig landschap en veel ligstoelen om van de zon te genieten. Er is ook een vuurplaats wanneer u 's nachts van sterren kijken wilt genieten.

Puerta Azul biedt ook het volgende:
Tennisbaan, jeu de boulesbal, fitnesscentrum, pooltafel en pingpong. Je hebt ook toegang tot 2 grote gemeenschappelijke zwembaden en hot tubs.

Dit is ongeveer zo dicht bij dat je Coachella kunt bereiken. Gelegen op ongeveer 2 mijl achter het festivalterrein, waardoor het verkeer veel gemakkelijker wordt terwijl u de grote drukte op de snelweg vermijdt.

PGA West ligt op slechts 5 minuten rijden van hier en biedt toegang tot meerdere golfbanen en oefenfaciliteiten van PGA-kaliber.

Ook dicht bij de oude binnenstad van La Quinta en La Quinta Resort and Spa voor een dagje verwennerij.

Family Celebration

We celebrated husband's 60th with our adult children, fun by the pool during the day and Stagecoach at night. A perfect place to stay, well stocked kitchen, great bbq, comfortable beds. All was great!

Excellent property and host

We have stayed at this property several times and it is one of our favourites. We love the location and community and the property is very clean and stocked with everything needed for any length of stay. The outdoor area is large and includes a beautiful pool and spa and gas fireplace. John is an excellent host who responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. We will definitely be booking this property again.

A wonderful quiet oasis

Our family (4 adults and two children under 4) spent a delightful week at this well equipped home in La Quinta. The house is roomy, well laid out and quiet. We stayed in the master on the main floor and never heard the grandchildren playing upstairs. The beds are comfy and firm and the towels were nice and thick. The high chair was very much appreciated along with the multiple options for blenders and coffee makers! We didn't visit the exercise room or use the communal pools or courts - our pool was more than enough for us to enjoy. The house has enough shade plus two umbrellas so you can actually enjoy the outside and not get fried by the sun. We totally enjoyed hanging out with our grandchildren at Villa Puerta Azul!

Backyard Oasis

Place is awesome!!!! Pool area beautiful very quiet and peaceful. John our host was perfect always responding to questions etc… definitely would say this will always be on top our list when we come back should it be available. Just a note that the outdoor grill probably should be replaced but it operated very nicely.

Peaceful getaway for our family

If you want a quiet, and peaceful getaway in the desert this is a nice place for you. The neighborhood is very quiet we only saw one other person in the neighborhood our last visit here. To enter the gated community you must enter the access code given by the host but it’s a bit confusing so a little patience is required to enter. Just give the keypad time to register the code and eventually the gate will open. The home is as described and equipped with many of the things you will need. The kitchen pantry and refrigerator are stocked with useful items that we were glad were there because we forgot to bring them with us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also clean and stocked with useful items like shampoo etc. our favorite part is that the home has its own pool. We have stayed at other similar communities in the area and we love the fact that we don’t need to rush to the community pool to get a spot with chairs or shade, it’s all right here for you and your family to enjoy peacefully and at any hour. Other places kick you out of the pool area at 10pm we were swimming with our kids and enjoying the jacuzzi past midnight. The control panel to control the pool and jacuzzi lights and waterfall and heater is a little tricky but with a little tinkering around you will figure it out. The host will respond in a timely manner to answer any questions you my need answered. we enjoyed our stay here so much that we booked it again 5 weeks later and our family enjoyed it again!

My husband and I have been renting homes in Palm Desert and La Quinta for over a decade, and no exaggeration, this was the nicest rental we’ve ever had! The property is beyond 5-star luxurious!!!! And whenever I had a question, John replied instantly! We have only fabulous things to say about our stay with zero complaints. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Wonderful Property

Based on the description, I thought it was 3 full bathrooms, but it was actually 2 full bathrooms, and one half bath. Mercifully, that distinction didn't affect us much. Opening the gate to enter the property requires the callbox which dials the owner, who is mostly responsive but there were two instances where that was not the case, and we had to wait at the gate for a bit of time.

Great La Quinta Set Up

Rental is as advertised or better. The unit is on a back corner so there is lots of privacy and quiet. Outdoor space is great. Pool was warm and spa was hot. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked. Huge washer/drier. We didn’t come up with any qualm. We never used the community pool nor recreation area but they looked nice.

Enjoyed the Stay and the Pool

The pictures of the house were spot on to what we experienced. The property is very comfortable and the backyard was great. We enjoyed the pool and spa. No issues at all. Very nice stay. One interesting aspect of the property is that the backyard wall is lower than expected which impacted the level of privacy when the shades were open inside the house. Not an issue, more of an observation.
