The backyard is the true focal point and boasts a beautiful pool and spa, loungers with umbrellas, large grassy area, dining patio with eating table for 6 and a separate covered lounging area for respite from the sun. The backyard will draw you in and the gorgeous pool/spa and outdoor living area will make you feel like you never want to leave!

The home has a large, open great room with a good size kitchen and breakfast bar. Dining for six that looks out onto the backyard oasis. There is high speed internet throughout the property. Stretch out on the cozy sofa, light the fire, and enjoy a movie or show on the 65” smart TV!

The master has a king bed that you will not want to get out of and direct access to the pool with floor to ceiling sliding doors. The master also has a double sink ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king size bed, while the third bedroom has a queen bed. All three bedrooms offer high-quality pillows and European linens.

UTILITIES:
Utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter, hot tub heat is controlled via a remote at the property.
