Open plan living room with a wood-burning fireplace and 65” TV. Dining area with a big dining table that fits 6. Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar.
Spacious master bedroom with high ceiling and king size bed. Ensuite bathroom with a large shower and dual sinks.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed and work space.
The third bedroom/office has a workspace with a monitor and a queen size sofa bed with comfortable mattress.
All bedrooms have privacy curtains and blackout shades.
Second bathroom has a bathtub. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products.
There is a washer and dryer in the house.

Outdoor spaces are very private.
Covered outdoor dining area is adjacent to the pool. It has a big dining table, grill and patio heater for cooler evenings.
Large pool is newly renovated. It is equipped with a powerful heater and LED lights for night swimming that is easily controlled through an app. Pool towels, umbrellas and floats are provided.
Front yard has several seating areas with great views. There is a large umbrella for extra shade, gas fire tower and wood-burning fire pit.

Garage is available for guests to use. It fits one car and is equipped with an electric car charger. Garage has gym equipment with free weights and a portable ac unit.

Guest Access. Guests have access to the entire property including a 1-car garage.

Pet Policy.
House is dog friendly, no cats, 2 dogs limit. Pet deposit is $300 (refundable) and there is an additional pet cleaning fee of $100.
Evidence of not reported pets will result in a fine of $300 plus the cleaning fee.

Pool Heating Fee.
Pool heating is not included in the rental. We require an additional pool heating fee of $50-150 per 12 hours of heating depending on the season:
May, June, July, August, September - $50
October, November, March, April - $100
December, January, February - $150.
Spa heating fee is $30 and it’s included when the pool is heated.
