The Space:

A bright condo set up well for a couple or a small family. The living room has a sofa bed, a smart TV and a dining table, and the full-size kitchen has cookware, utensils and a coffee maker. There's private outdoor seating too.

For families: a high chair and a Pack 'n Play.

Getting Around:

Old Town is walkable, and free parking is on site. A car is the easiest way to explore the wider Coachella Valley, and Uber and Lyft are available too.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

There is no private pool at the condo, but guests have free access to four shared swimming pools, hot tubs and landscaped courtyards. The pools are heated year-round, open daily from 7:00am to 10:00pm, and pool towels are provided.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pets are $150 with pre-approval. Access to the four community pools and hot tubs is included at no extra charge.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee, with pre-approval. Please ask us before you book so we can confirm.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. The property has exterior noise-decibel monitors, which measure decibel level only - there is no audio recording.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ Are there security cameras on the property? ★

The property has exterior noise-decibel monitors, which measure sound level only and do not record audio or video.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Please keep the pool key/fob in a safe place and return it to its designated location before check-out. Lost or unreturned keys/fobs are subject to a $250-$300 replacement fee.



Smoking is not permitted.



Family extras include a high chair and a pack 'n play.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
