Summertime does bring many natural challenges in the desert in terms of cooling, and a unique set of pests that surface more at this time. No matter how thoroughly we clean, they can make their way despite regular pest maintenance and housekeeping. As this home is in a very strict HOA with a manned security gate, there are many rules that are required of renter guests.
