Het huis werd nieuw ingericht in april 2019. Gloednieuwe extra comfortabele bedden. Entertainer's Dream Home tegenover het westen! Ongelofelijk vrij panoramisch uitzicht op de westelijke Santa Rosa-bergen en golfbanen in overvloed in dit prachtige voormalige modelwoning. Dit huis heeft 4 slaapkamers, 3. 5 badkamers en een speelkamer met een pooltafel. Het huis is iets meer dan 3600 m² met inbegrip van een prive Casita die uitkijkt over de 6e hole en het groen van de Greg Norman Golf Course in PGA West. Deze cursus is een openbare cursus die je kunt spelen en er zijn 2 andere in dezelfde community beschikbaar om te spelen (de Nicklaus-toernooi en stadioncursussen). Het geweldige kamerontwerp met een informele eetruimte binnen en buiten, hoge plafonds en een grote foyer. Andere functies zijn onder meer een ruime Chef's keuken met granieten plaat eiland keuken en roestvrij apparaten open voor het ontbijt hoekje, twee open haarden, en drie auto garage met aparte golfkar gebied. Nieuwe Tesla-oplader! Er is een privézwembad met zout water en een bubbelbad met een fantastische vuurplaats buiten. Het huis heeft uitstekende hi speed wifi evenals HBO / Showtime. Er zijn plasma-tv's in elke slaapkamer, sommigen van hen smart-tv's. Er is een open haard buiten en in de slaapkamer.

Great location with amazing views. Overall cleanliness was good with the exception of the widow spiders and a couple roaches. The house has everything you need. The Alexa controls to the amenities was a bit tricky, but we were able to figure it out. Overall, we would consider staying again.

Perfect Stay in PGA West

We had a great stay in this lovely property. The location is great for daily activities like golf, restaurants and the tennis tournament in Indian Wells. We cooked most nights and appreciated how well stocked it was with pots, pans, utensils, spices etc. The home is huge with a fantastic view of mountains and golf course. The property managers were very responsive and answered the few questions we had. We will be back!

Wonderful property!

Stayed the weekend with my adult children and we really enjoyed the pool, chefs kitchen, fireplaces, tvs and game room. We could be together without feeling crowded. Beds were comfy, and the view spectacular. The checkin process was seem less, and the property manager, Laura, was helpful with any little question we had. We’ll stay again soon!

Fabulous property & location

We came to La Quinta for a girls’ weekend getaway. This house was perfect for our group of 6 women - bright, airy, tons of space, and nicely decorated. Loved the outdoor space as well - fantastic seating, pool and hot tub. Would have given it 4 stars except the Spa was not operating through Alexa as was intended. Any time we wanted to use the spa, we had to text the house manager, who was prompt. Main issue was that the spa turned off every 90 minutes so we’d have to message them again to turn it on. Also, only the spa or the pool can be heated at a given time. We ended up using the spa mostly. Overall, we had a great weekend!

Amazing stay!

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend and had the best time! The house looks even better in person and the location can't be beat. The views from the pool overlooking the golf course and the mountains are incredible. The neighborhood is extremely safe and well kept. Both Chuck and Laura were extremely easy to work with and very responsive. We really appreciated Laura checking in over text throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend - we hope to come back and stay in the future!

Amazing vacation, can't wait to come back!

Our stay at Chuck's home was nothing short of amazing. From the time we checked-in to the morning we left, Laura the property manager was so helpful and responsive. Chuck, the owner, even went out of his way to call us and show us how to turn on the awesome outdoor fireplace - talk about going above and beyond to make our stay perfect! My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary so my parents, my sister, brother-in-law and my baby nephew came to join us for the weekend - the house was plenty big enough for everyone to have their own space, we had family dinners around the large kitchen table, watched the masters on the TV outside on the outdoor TV, all while swimming and enjoying the sun from morning til night. We truly had the best time and after waiting two years to take a vacation, we couldn't be more glad that we chose this house to stay at. Many thanks to Chuck and Laura for their thoughtfulness and sharing their beautiful home (and Tesla charger!) with us - can't wait to return!

Golf Trip

This house was perfect for what we were looking for in the desert. A place in PGA West for a golf trip is the only way to go. The house is awesome, great lay out and extremely spacious! Highly recommend staying here.
