Private Gate Community is right behind PGA West, worldclass golf all around this neighborhood. A stone's throw away from the Polo Grounds where major Desert Events such as Coachella and Stagecoach take place. This sprawling Spanish revival style home features hardwood floors, granite countertops, new landscaping, and fresh paint. The house has been professionally furnished and lovingly cared for by the owners. Picture yourself soaking in the desert sun in your new backyard oasis. The resort style pool has been newly retiled and finished. An entertainer's delight, this home boasts 2 wine fridges, 2 ovens, beautiful french doors that open to fireplace patio and pool area with gorgeous views of the mountains. Very comfortable 3 suites 2 King Size Beds and 1 Queen plus 2 roll away beds. 2 Adult bikes and 1 smaller bike included.

*Home Truths:
- Pool and spa heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
​​​​​​​- Pool heat or Jacuzzi Heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Pool heating is NOT included in the rental rate; we require an additional pool fee of $50 - 100 PER DAY, depending on the year's season and temperature. We DO NOT preheat the pool and spa.
- Please note the pool is cleaned every Monday and Thursday. Gardner comes on Friday. Both are in and out in less than 1 hours.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

This is a smoke-free in door property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
