  • LQ121, is een mooi 3 slaapkamer stadshuis gelegen in de prachtige gemeenschap van Legacy Villas in het hart van La Quinta en onderscheidt zich van de concurrentie als een van de weinige modellen zonder een buurman boven of onder u. Dit 1731 vierkante voet herenhuis met één verdieping is perfect voor koppels, vrienden of families. Geniet van het bereiden van maaltijden in de gastronomische keuken met granieten werkbladen, roestvrijstalen apparaten en kookgerei. Geniet van bijeenkomsten rond de eettafel die comfortabel plaats biedt aan 6 personen. De woonkamer heeft veel zitplaatsen. Geniet van het kijken naar uw favoriete film op de grote flatscreen-tv terwijl u wordt vergezeld door de gezellige open haard eronder. Gorgeous and spacious home!

This was our sixth stay in Legacy Villas; first time at this unit. We absolutely loved it! The pictures don’t do justice of how beautiful the unit is. The rooms are very spacious and the house has a nice layout. This unit is in the back of the property backing up to the mountains, so it is very peaceful. Communication was good. We would stay here again.

For this unit - it is nice enough and is in a good location. Living room and kitchen are comfortable and stocked. But - The master bed is rock hard, the queen bed squeaks everytime you move, the plumbing whistles and the washing machine makes a horrible sound when the water comes in.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex is very nice and this unit is clean. The problem was that in May in 104 degree weather the ac unit wouldn’t work in half the house. It ended up taking three visits from contractors to figure out the problem. Meanwhile it took time away from me visiting with my children who flew into town to visit with us. There are items needing repairs. Master sink drain line leaked like a sieve all over the cabinet and floor. Stand up fans did not work and were needed since the ac unit was not working. Stove gas knob was not attached, just played in place.. Bbq latterly almost collapsed because not one bolt was tightened. And the lid hinges are broken so lid falls off when raised. I tightened all bolts and used Allen wrenches in the henges so lid had something to pivot on.

Something is wrong with the toilet, it made a high pitched screeching noise. The sink leaked bad as well. Also the wifi was miserable. Other than those few issues we loved the property.

Also a decorative pillow was quite soiled and dirty. Area rug in living room had stains. We were unable to turn off the bathroom near the hallway. Washer is very old and water would not fill adequately, the poo noodles are breaking apart and are old. Overall a nice stay but would recommend higher quality of cleaning for the price and cleaning fee. I've stayed at Legacy many times and would not rent this particular unit again.

Water temp and pressure was very good and the townhome was a perfect fit for our family. The grounds at the resort were lush and well maintained and our grandchildren had a wonderful time running around, playing on the hammocks, and enjoying the numerous fountains. The location was terrific and close to shopping, grocery stores and activities. Some light bulbs were burned out on overhead lights and repairs were made quickly and in a professional manner. We will be back.

Not sensational but decent single story

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in Legacy before and this unit could definitely use a refresh but that said the beds were comfy, the kitchen was nice and we loved the back patio. It is very far back so if you are walking to a festival you will get some extra exercise! There was a bag of dog poop on the back patio and my friend moved the rug inside out of the house because it grossed her out. The management company Royale Vacations was SUPER responsive and helpful and I would rent through them again.
