Tegelijkertijd is alles La Quinta beroemd om - Golf (Career Builders Challenge), Tennis (Indian Wells Masters), Kunst- en Muziekfestivals (Cochella, Stagecoach en La Quinta Arts) - liggen op 15 minuten rijden. This was our family’s second time staying here, as we enjoyed our first visit. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. The outdoor grill, which was listed as an amenity, was unavailable, and we were not informed in advance. The place was not very clean upon arrival, which has also been noted in previous reviews, yet the manager placed blame on us for the condition. There were also no extra toilet paper supplies provided for guests. In addition, the manager called us a day after checkout to question how many dogs we brought, even though we had already communicated directly with the host that we would be bringing two dogs. His voicemail and follow-up call came across with a sarcastic and aggressive tone, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. Overall, we found communication with the manager unfriendly and preferred speaking directly with the host. With clearer communication, improved cleanliness, and more attention to guest comfort, the stay could be much more enjoyable.

Needs new cleaning crew

The place is nice, location & home.BUT, It was dirty, kitchen had crumbs on counter, dried food, smears on refrigerator handles, crumbs & dried spills inside.Bathroom sinks had dried toothpaste, slimy shower floors( yells molds,fungi) Patio furniture super dusty,spill around pool. House smelled like trash because aroma coming in from garage which is where they kept trash cans in.Door to garage does NOT lock (the knob does but not door ) Left laundry in drier, guest could not access with ease. All three sliding doors DID NOT LOCK, safety issue. I took photos and did send to them. Unfortunately I saw the reviews afterward. But seems like they have a cleaning issue. I don't enjoy leaving this review, but it was stressful sleeping at night.& i was there to relax.

Good but not great

Location of property is good if you’re into hiking as the house is close to several trails. Cleanliness of house was questionable, there was no soap in the bathrooms to shower with. The paint job on the walls inside the house was very strange, this of course did not affect our stay, but it was very noticeable. Our stay was good but could have been a lot better.

Unpleasant Stay

My family and I came to stay in Palm Springs as we do every year in Christmas. Everything about this place seemed perfect, but there were a few things that really made our stay and post stay unpleasant. The house was not clean. Floors were grimy and you could see hair balls and things in the corners of the house. Drawers in the kitchen cabinets had crumbs and visible dust. We essentially washed every kitchen item before use. Owner also claimed the kitchen was fully stocked, but there were no baking sheets or pans, no mixing bowls, a couple of measuring spoons/cups but not a full set and their largest pot would feed a meal for maybe two people. We planned on making Christmas dinner for 6 guests and could not accomplish that with what we had to work with. We actually had to have our friends bring the necessary items for us to cook with. Not that this is necessarily on the owner, but the beds were awful. If you like sleeping on a cardboard mattress then this is the place for you. All in all, the house was beautiful and we love the area, but the owner sadly does not keep this place in an orderly fashion. I reached out past our stay to go over these details and inquired about a partial refund but the owner simply replied and said they don’t issue refunds for specialty items. He then proceeded to say his property manager Jason would come over to help us. I don’t think this guy really knows a lot about what’s going on at his property because he didn’t even know we had checked out.

Fabulous La Quinta Find

The house was sparkling - the kitchen was sparkling - the 3 dining areas were sparkling. What a lovely setting with the Mountains overlooking the pool and the 3 murals on the outside walls. And would you believe - 2 dishwashers!!! A treat for everyone who rents this lovely house.

Owner didn't know we booked a stay at vrbo. Not sure why, but we drove all the way there and were told to leave by the onsite manager. 15yrs anniversary. We went home. 100% refund was all that was given.

Great Stay

This home was gorgeous and clean! We loved our stay here. My only *minor* complaint is that the pool had a lot of little waterbugs in it. I understand that this could be a seasonal phenomenon - we were there in October- or could be really hard to prevent, but it was a little distracting. Other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful!

It was cute in the pictures, but getting old and tired. It was very dirty. We started cleaning when we walked inside. There was a broken light in the dining area. There were toilet issues because of underground roots growing into the system that was scheduled to be repaired. The master shower drain was full of hair that I removed.

Had an amazing time at the property, it was super relaxing and felt like home away from home. The pool was a plus for me and just overall I enjoyed my stay. It was very easy to also contact Terry the property owner regarding any questions and concerns I had. He was very nice and I'd definitely rent this property again 😊
