'This hotel was a strange mix of new updates, worn out old walls, and odd furniture placement. Our room had one desk with two desk chairs and no end tables/night stands. Bed was uncomfortable. Location was not the best - felt a bit shady and had a loud bar nearby (but couldn’t hear it from the room). Our fridge was not cold, likely just plugged in for our stay or maybe broken. Pool was not clean or usable. Would not recommend this hotel. '

'When we checked in and opened the door to the hotel room, we turned on the lights and saw all the roaches scatter away. There was roach poop droppings on the bed and the whole room was dirty with hair laying everywhere. The fire alarm was off, the batteries were missing. Front desk was not answering their phones. We ended up checking out and sleeping in our car. This place is horrible, unsanitary and disgusting. Expedia was able to refund a portion. I love Expedia but absolutely hate this hotel....

'I stay in a lot of hotels because I travel a lot for work. I comment on hotels that are really good or really bad - this one was bad. When you walk into the lobby they have several signs telling you to do this, or don't do that - which isn't very welcoming. Then when I got to my room the tub was absolutely disgusting, and the sink barely drained. I know this is an old hotel and there are other things I could comment on, but they simply have to do better than this.'

'This is an older motel. In my opinion, it is more than a 2 star motel. All rooms are first floor, guaranteed no climbing stairs to a room (-: My room was very clean. The building trim could use some paint to enhance the exterior. Shower was a smaller stall, but was fine for me. I plan to go back again this year for relaxation and exploring. It is very close to Shields Date Farm, where there is a restaurant, date-related gift shop, and The Garden Walk, a free, beautifully done meandering...

'The hotel (or motel) was really nice and even allowed us to check in two hours early, which gave me time to prepare for the Coachella event. The air conditioner was a bit loud, but after a fun night out, it didn’t bother me much. We did see a cockroach in the bathroom, which might be due to the ground floor location—understandable, but I hope that can be improved in the future. The best part is the location—it’s super close to the Coachella venue with no traffic issues, and I loved how...

'Vallue for money. The suite was nice furntured. Not large but fully equiped with everything you need. We requested a room on the top floor, but we could not enter de room early. Room was ready for us at 4:20PM. '

'This is a beautiful resort, but unfortunately the experience did not match the setting. There was trash left around the property throughout our stay, which was disappointing—especially since most of it appeared to be left by adult guests.
