"The house was perfect for our family trip. We were Grandpa, Grandma, Nan, Mum, Dad and 4 kids (aged 19,11,9,6). Being on the outskirts of the city allowed us to walk into Nantes (just 20 minutes) and visit the fantastic Isle of Machines, the bustling water front and the Natural History museum. "Very functional place to stay, especially for a work trip. Unusually good lighting! And a nice large table to work at. Very firm mattress . The tiny kitchen area is good for heating up food that you buy at the convenience grocery nearby. Don’t pay in advance for the sub-par breakfast; crowded and slow on busy days. Go to the Cafe des Plantes around the corner! It’s misleading that they advertise a gym: a tiny room with one bike, one rower, and no weights or bar. I’d consider staying there again...

"We arrived after the front desk was closed - not knowing that we would be unable to get in as no one contacted us with the entry code. Luckily we were able to call and speak with someone who gave use directions on getting the key for our room. The room was fine at a glance but did have some problems. The handle of the faucet in the shower was broken, and the shower head wouldn't stay in place, meaning we had to use the showered as a handheld piece. We also didn't have any lights in the upstairs...

"The Staff was so helpful and friendly. They brought the plugs I needed for my machines and an iron for my poster presentation. It was very close to the convention center and easy to walk to sites such as the residence of the Duke and the botanical garden and the iconic Lu factory and restaurants. If you are driving and parking at one of the parking lots the hotel suggests, do your research or ask the hotel exactly where to enter the parking. It’s not as easy as you might think !
