Start your day with a delightful coffee while gazing at breathtaking sunrise views from our main terrace, nestled amidst nature’s beauty. Your stay in our elegant two-floor apartment in the picturesque Los Altos neighborhood of Casa de Campo promises a charming and relaxing atmosphere.
The apartment’s main terrace offers stunning views of the renowned Dye Fore Chavon golf course, pool, and the lush vegetation surrounding the property. From all balconies, you’ll be treated to a serene ambiance. Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find Altos de Chavon Village, a must-visit destination during your stay. The village is home to restaurants, shops, and bars, providing a vibrant cultural experience. Marina Village and Minitas Beach are conveniently located just a short 10-minute golf cart ride away, perfect for those seeking a lively atmosphere.
The apartment’s spacious layout is designed for both sharing and relaxation. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a private balcony, an adjacent full bathroom, a dining area, and a spacious living area with high ceilings and glass doors that seamlessly connect to the main terrace and second balcony. The expansive terrace offers an open view of the garden and golf course.
The second floor houses two bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, an armoire, a private bathroom, and a private balcony with stunning garden views. The second bedroom accommodates two full-size beds, a smart TV, a walking closet, a full bathroom, and a private balcony.
As a valued guest, you’ll have access to the entire unit, including the exclusive pool reserved for guests at Los Altos. Additionally, you’ll enjoy access to the pools at Playa Minitas, La Marina, Altos de Chavon, and the Casa de Campo Hotel bar and pool.
Please note that Los Altos Apartments are part of the Casa de Campo resort complex. A $30 resort fee per person per day is required upon check-in and covers access to Casa de Campo.
Our dedicated housekeeping service, provided by a friendly staff member, is included in the rental. They’ll be available from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 pm to ensure your apartment is spotless and your breakfast or lunch is prepared to your liking. At checkout is customary to tip staff. A suggested $30 daily tip.
We’re delighted to offer evening and dinner services for an additional fee. We also provide grocery delivery services for an extra charge of $45. Additionally, we can assist with golf cart rentals and transportation to the villa, making it easy to explore the Casa de Campo complex.

- At check-in for Casa de Campo fee is $30 per person per adult person apply, government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required.
- Special requests like restaurant reservations, on-site massages, Hotel Spa reservations, horseback riding, shooting ranges, and others are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; these requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
- Long-term renters are welcome.

- Check-out: 11:30 am.
- Children are allowed to stay between the ages of 0 and 17.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The minimum age to rent is 21.
- No events are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on main terrace and balconies.
- If signs of smoking are found inside the apartment, deep cleaning and an additional charge of $300 will be applied.
Damage and incidentals:
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
