The Space:

Once you arrive at the Villa, you will be greeted by a staff member in our a beautiful garden, the ideal space to escape and read a good book. There is a sofa and several cushioned inviting chairs.



As you enter the home, there is an open concept kitchen overlooking the dining room & den. There is a sliding glass nano-wall connecting to the outside patio & pool so you have the option of the indoor/outdoor feel or you can keep closed and turn up our extra strong air-conditioning.



The dining room table has ample space for 8-10 people.



The kitchen is decorated with a modern look & marble and it is fully equipped with all appliances, cutlery, and kitchen materials ready for use.



We recommend you ask for the chef's service, an ideal experience for organizing a delicious meal with friends.



Adjacent to the dining room is the formal den. It is equipped with a large Smart TV, & a sofa and chairs. It is spacious and comfortable.



The view is the highlight of this home. Both the kitchen, dining room, and living room all share the view to the outside of the house, which has a privileged location; it is in front of hole 1 of the famous Teeth of The Dog golf course and also has an ocean view.



The best sunsets in Casa De Campo are in this backyard!



It is an easy walk to the water or hotel amenities and spa.



Outside the house, you can find another social area, it has an outdoor dining room, ideal for having breakfast with that panoramic view, or for barbecues at night with a ceiling of stars. This area also has seats and sofas to share and enjoy an outdoor environment.



The house has a private pool, which in cold weather is acclimatized. When you use the pool, so you don't have to enter the house wet when you need to use the bathroom, the villa has a beautifully decorated outdoor bathroom so you don't interrupt your moments of sharing for long.



The first bedroom boasts a private entrance, has 2 queen size beds, an attached private bathroom, a large walk-in closet, air conditioning, and smart TV. It is a large room.



The second large room (also on the first floor) also has 2 queen size beds, an attached private bathroom, a large closet, air conditioning, and smart TV.



Moving to the second floor you will find the 3rd bedroom, which has a King bed, Smart TV, air conditioning and its private bathroom.



And finally the most beautiful room is the master bedroom (4th room). It boasts an incomparable panoramic view that fills you with peace without wanting to leave this space. It is beautifully decorated with a king bed, a table and chairs, a sofa and chairs, a large closet, a private bathroom with dual sinks and a beautifully redone master shower.



Additionally we have a gorgeous boat we rent out that takes passengers to an island where they can get fresh lobsters or fish cooked for them by a fabulous captain.

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of the stay that will provide access to the following amenities and amenities:

The villa is located inside a private, gated resort. All villa guests must be registered with Casa de Campo Resort before arrival. No outside guests are allowed.



The Neighborhood:

Excellent location, very close to the hotel and beach, located on hole 1 of the Teeth of the Dog Golf Course. A nice and quiet neighborhood.



Getting Around:

The house is a walking distance of the Lagos Bar where you can sip your favorite drink while having a panoramic view of the Ocean and the 18th hole of the Teeth of the Dog.



Also, you can go to Bar la Cañita at the Hotel Lobby and enjoy great music at sunset and if you are a Cigar aficionado you will find an expert rolling A1 quality cigar on the spot.



If you or any member of your family want to improve your golf skills take a chance and visit the Jim McLean Golf Academy, the Golf Pros are in place to schedule the lessons (This is a must)



Minitas Beach is 5 minutes from the House in a golf cart, go and enjoy one of their awesome cocktails and great food.
