Enjoy a peaceful stay at Le Balcon du Pontillas, located on the 1st floor of a chalet in La Salle-les-Alpes, in the heart of Serre Chevalier Vallée. Ideally located, just 400 m from the slopes and only 100 m from the free shuttle that drops you off directly at the foot of the Pontillas gondola.

In summer, the location is just as strategic: the chalet sits on the road to the Col du Lautaret and the Col du Galibier, two legendary cycling climbs, and is close to the Col du Granon and the Col de l'Izoard. An ideal base for cyclists coming to tackle some of the most sought-after climbs in the Alps.

The accommodation
You'll have 2 bedrooms — one with a 140x200 bed, the other with two 90x200 twin beds — and new bedding throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker), with a washing machine and TV.

In winter, the snow arrives right at your door
Every winter morning, your 2 private parking spaces are cleared before you even head out to ski — no need to grab a shovel first thing. And when you're not on the slopes, the garden and the neighbouring fields become a playground: perfect for family sledging and building snowmen just steps from the chalet, no car needed.

A garden to enjoy and a closed garage for bikes and ski gear
The whole garden is yours to enjoy during your stay — ideal for unwinding after a bike ride or a day of skiing. A closed garage is also available to store bikes and ski equipment safely, away from the weather and prying eyes.
