Ground-floor studio in a private residential complex with parking. Just a stone’s throw from the shopping mall, stores, and restaurants.

Fully equipped studio:

- Sleeping arrangements: 1 sofa bed and 1 loft area with bunk beds—duvets and pillows included; you must bring your own sheets.
- Living room: TV cabinet with storage, stereo system, TV with digital terrestrial decoder, walk-in closet, folding dining table, heating,
- Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop with range hood, coffee maker, cutlery, and kitchen utensils (frying pans, pots, casserole dish, etc.),
- Bathroom/toilet: bathtub
- Outdoor terrace: private terrace with seating
- Residence: parking spaces behind the residence with access to the residence via the ski storage area.

Easy access to the slopes via Le Chazelay. Shuttle bus stops in front of the building.

Rental period
Minimum stay of 6 nights. Flexible check-in and check-out times (on a case-by-case basis).

Rates: 500 € per week + please provide 2 checks: one for 500 € as a security deposit and one for 50 € for cleaning.
These checks will not be cashed and will be returned to you at the end of the week provided there is no damage and the cleaning has been completed properly.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
