We offer for rent our pleasant family home, located in a quiet area, less than 10 minutes walk from the pretty beach of Fabregas and only 5 minutes walk from the forest of Janas, ideal for beautiful family walks.

The house has a spacious bright and friendly living room, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large worktop, as well as a pleasant lounge area. It opens onto a garden without vis-à-vis, with a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and beautiful sunny days.PGJyPgPGJyPg
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are air-conditioned, as well as 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. The master suite has its own bathroom with shower, sink and dressing room. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is upstairs.

You will also enjoy a parking lot, in a peaceful environment, as well as shops and services nearby. A small organic market gardener is a few steps away and offers its vegetables twice a week. A bus stop is also about 5 minutes walk away.

The house is available for rent for a period of three months, with stays of at least two weeks, ideal for taking full advantage of the seaside, nature and the pleasant living environment of Fabregas.

An ideal setting to discover the region

From the house, you can easily discover the many treasures of the Var coast. Nearby, Les Sablettes offers a pretty beach and allows you to board the water buses to reach Toulon, an original and very pleasant way to discover the city... for the price of a simple bus ticket! From Les Sablettes, you can also take the boat for a getaway to Porquerolles and enjoy its turquoise waters and magnificent landscapes. The island of Embiez is also very close and worth a visit. For a charming outing, head to Sanary-sur-Mer, with its typical small port, its colorful boats and its Provençal atmosphere. Nature lovers will be able to enjoy the many hikes in the region, especially to Notre-Dame du Mai, which offers a superb view of the Mediterranean. Between beaches, islands, small ports, nature walks and Provençal villages, you will have everything you need to fully enjoy your holidays and discover a rich and beautiful region!

A small service in exchange for an attractive rate

In order to offer you a particularly attractive rate, we simply ask our tenants to take care of our cats during their stay. They are very autonomous and used to living their lives quietly: you just have to give them food and make sure that they always have fresh water. No litter box to clean or other special constraints: they are clean, independent and will quickly adopt you! 🐾 It is therefore a small daily attention in exchange for a pleasant holiday setting and an advantageous rental price.
