Casa Alice is a perfect base for exploring La Thuile and the Aosta Valley! Located in the quiet hamlet of Thovex, just 1.5 km from the center, it’s ideal for couples or families. Very close to the ski lifts and scenic trails, it offers relaxation and nature in every season. A comfortable and cozy retreat for mountain lovers!

🏡 It features a bright open space living room with a lounge area, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen – ideal to feel at home right away!
The bedroom offers two single beds joined to form a comfortable double bed, and the modern bathroom is equipped with a practical shower 🚿.
⚠️ The house does NOT have a parking space, but this won’t be a problem compared to everything you’ll experience and enjoy during your stay! 🌄

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without restrictions.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged.
