Located in a quiet street in La Tranche-sur-Mer, this bright and sunny accommodation offers an ideal setting for a holiday in the Vendée. The beach of Les Générelles is 300m away and is within walking distance of 3 minutes. The centre of the resort with its shops and restaurants is 10 minutes away.
The 80 m² house (plus 40m² terrace) accommodates up to 6 people thanks to its 2 comfortable bedrooms plus a mezzanine with a bed for 2. Each bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm double bed. Two bathrooms and 2 toilets guarantee comfort and autonomy for all occupants. The fully equipped kitchen with a Senseo coffee machine and a dishwasher. The living room has a TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation.
Outside, you will enjoy two terraces — one at the front, the other at the back with garden furniture and barbecue (40m²) — perfect for outdoor meals on beautiful summer evenings.
A room with washing machine also allows you to store your bikes and access the outdoors. A private parking space also completes the accommodation.
Towels are not provided and bed linen can be made available for an additional twenty euros to be paid on site.
