Dear Mr. Marco, We are sorry that you did not feel comfortable in our hotel, but if you had communicated your complaints directly during your stay, we would have been happy to help you. Both people who are at the front desk speak English! The doors of our rooms are equipped with a button that you should press, if you want to signal the maid that you are in the room and do not want to be disturbed. If you throw the towels on the floor these will always be changed by our maid (as in every hotel). The bells ring from 07.00 not from 06.00. At the front desk you never suggested any amenity, so we could not improve anything. Both sides would have had an advantage if you had communicated the problems immediately so that we could have solved them immediately!
