Door from outside did not close correctly and was left open overnight. Room did not have a hair dryer, toilet paper holder was broken and toilet paper was left on bathroom sink, water stains/mold on ceiling. Outdated and rundown. Would not stay again even for the low price.

Not suited for quests. Looks like they through on some paint and new rugs but everything else was not finished or just left unfinished. Door from parking lot to rooms was not secure. One could see hallway light all around our door to our room. Outside area looked like it was an abandoned building in places. Prepaid or I would not have stayed there.

Staff is friendly but every aspect of the place and every part of the room is as filthy as a wh*re house. Never been cleaned. If you bring children do not let them touch anything before cleaning it yourself. Sheets, towels, and pillows come with hair, stains, or just actually dirty. Some things really seem like they werr never touched in between guests for as long as the place existed. Windows left unlocked on ground floor so if anyone decided to try yours to enter and that's not something you checked, your life and/or belongings are at jeopardy due to lack of responsibility in staff.

Overall it's a good place to stay. The staff there are really nice and helpful for if you need anything or have any questions. It also has a secure facility where they have a double door key card system that only people with a card to the hotel can get in from. Also they have a big parking area that's closed in which for some people would make them feel better about parking there car there. Also you get complimentary breakfast, and there is an interesting Indian restaurant easily accessible right next to the hotel. Overall everything else seems to stand up to regular cleaning standards like it should, and also it's a great place to stay if you need a place close to Zion National Park or if you need a place close to anything around Saint George.

This is a horrible place to stay. It's not anywhere near the quality a Ramada they claim to be affiliated with. Broken windows, window curtain. Dirty floor. Just terrible.

If you are expecting a Ramada type feel, it’s definitely not. It’s a Zion Inn that they call Ramada, the rooms themselves were decent but the outside area was unkept.

This property was nice and clean, staff was accommodating. The breakfast hall was quite spacious, limited but good breakfast options were there. It takes approx 30 mins from this place to enter Zion National Park, so it was convenient to drive. They have a very good Indian cuisine restaurant just attached to premises of this hotel, Red Fort which serves amazing Indian food. Good stay overall.

The outside locks didn't work, so anyone could walk in and out. There were dead flies and bugs in windows, AC/heater unit, and some of the furniture. Vacuumed only in the middle of the rooms. Not enough towels or pillows. The sheets were stained and there was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The microwave was tiny and the fridge looked like it was from the 70's. Staff was extremely rude. No ice bucket in room and when we asked for one, they rolled their eyes and brought out an old one. The outside of the building is in serious disrepair and what fixing has been done was very poorly done.

We enjoyed staying here. The orice was right and the location was great. We were right near Zion and Kolob Canyon National Park. The only reason i didn't give a higher rating is because the room furniture, tapestry, and bedding were outdated. However, the facility is in the renovation stage and this will all be updated soon, we were informed. The staff was friendly and our rooms were cleaned daily!

Property is a good value for this area. Convenient location. Owners are very welcoming and accomodating. The room is large and has a wonderfully large dresser so you can unpack completely. Also has a desk and two chairs. Very nice room. The breakfast is well stocked and served in a large room that allows guests to spread out. Beds are comfortable and mattresses are slighly firm. Extra towels and pillows came with the room. I recommend this hotel.

This place needs a total overhaul. Our first room had an awful smell and the toilet leaked when you flushed it. We asked for another room and the staff was very polite and quickly got us another room. This room had dust all over the desk, dried paint all over the carpet and on the side of the bed spread because they didn’t use a tarp. I wish I could post pictures on here. The shower was old and didn’t look all that clean. There was hair in the front corner and none of us even used it. The restaurant on the premises was fantastic and we put our leftovers in the refrigerator and realized in the morning that it wasn’t even plugged in so we had to throw everything away. Ramada/Wyndum need to quickly remodel this entire facility. I wouldn’t go back again unless I knew it was. Staff was friendly, but the checking in process took way too long. It’s in a great location and the price was right, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

*Travelers beware* One of the worst places we’ve stayed - less than one star. We are shocked that this is a Wyndham property! Every day got worse, and we have included photos of these glaring issues: 1- Unsecured entry door. It doesn’t latch and there isn’t a keyed/card entry. 2- Odd smell the moment we entered the room. 3- Light switches dirty, mismatched, missing screws. 4- Large paint stains and splatter on carpet. 5- Stained bedsheets and cigarette burned blankets. 6- Toothpaste on mirror. 7- Rust in bottom of toilet bowl (looks like it wasn’t flushed). 8- Stained shower curtain. 9- Cheap shower conversion (from shower with glass doors to just shower curtain), which left stains, dirt, sealant and wear marks). 10- Broken tile that’s missing grout. 11- Paint splattered on bathroom tile and door frame. 12- Badly stained bath towels. 13- Mattress springs pop and creak.

Visited while this location was actively undergoing renovations/construction so hard to rate what the property would be like at its best. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and convenient! Good price!

For last minute booking, they saved us. In the morning, housekeeping knocked, which was fine, but a male hotel worker WITHOUT KNOCKING, walked into our room minutes later while we were still getting ready to leave. It was only 10:25am and checkout is at 11am.

Very nice service. Not a super clean. Our room had no fridge and no TV remote, but when we asked the front desk, they got them to us. The restaurant right next door (Red Fort) is incredible!
