'We arrived late after a long day of events, only to find out that Embassy had overbooked their rooms, leaving us without 2 of our 3 rooms reserved. They did send us over to their sister hotel, for the same fee…. Which meant we went from a two room suite to a small one room stay… not quite the same thing at all for the same price! Secondly, we got a call the next morning telling us we needed to get out of our rooms, because they overbooked in that hotel, and they needed our rooms to be freed...
