'I booked this hotel as a surpise for my parents. I also booked the pick up at the airport. Wow they said they had a great experience. The pick up was great! And the checkin made them feel very special. They got a free upgrade and this made their weddinganniversary even more special. The hotel is so clean, outstandig. 'As said by many people on Tripadvisor this is a simple Business hotel in a Business area. It takes 30 minute walking to Gateway of India. hotels are expensive in Mumbai and this one might give some value for money. Do not have high hopes!'
