'The TV and internet were not working. The flush was leaking and the entire room had a foul seepage smell.We had to shift in a room designed for differently able people which was comparatively a lot more smaller. The drain was blocked and overflowing in the shower area. Green tea was not available. Overall pathetic experience .I want a refund . '

'One of the best properties I have stayed on. This is my second stay here and it just continues to impress me. I love the hospitality and even big resorts don't take care of their guests like Zaid does. He is very communicative. The food is homely and awesome and at a very reasonable cost. The overall experience of the stay was nothing less then 5 star to be honest. Very very recommended to everyone visiting Panchgani and looking for a good place to stay. BTW its very reasonably priced too.'
