'Helpful staff. After arriving late, we were provided with a delicious meal. I love walking, and it was a very pleasurable 30-40 minute walk through an authentic/non-touristy area to Gwalior fort.'

'Most everything was ok with a few exceptions. Water heater needs to be larger capacity. Front desk can be more responsive to customer needs. Certain amenities for drying clothes after using on-site washer needs to be provided to customer. Breakfast options should be provided to customer instead of whatever is on the menu for the day. English cable channels should be provided along with a list of available channels, it is too much work to go through channels and search for English language...

'Small but clean property . Staffs are friendly . Location is in busy area and there are vehicle spare parts shop around however just within 3 minutes walking lots of restaurants can be found . Overall good to stay with family.'

'One of the best properties I have stayed on. This is my second stay here and it just continues to impress me. I love the hospitality and even big resorts don't take care of their guests like Zaid does. He is very communicative. The food is homely and awesome and at a very reasonable cost. The overall experience of the stay was nothing less then 5 star to be honest. Very very recommended to everyone visiting Panchgani and looking for a good place to stay. BTW its very reasonably priced too.'
