'This hotel is a family hotel. We went there in a local holiday period. There were a lot of Indians staying in this hotel. Very crowded and noisy. There was a power problem going on. The staff told us that due of the bad weather this problem occurred. Even when it was Sunny the power was off like 6 times in an hour. We had an arrangement at the spa and that was excellent. 'erg vriendelijk en beleefd personeel ,wie maakte de fout bij reserveringen mijn reservering( december 2013 geboekt) was gewoon niet doorgevoerd wat inhield dat ik toen ik aankwam er problemen waren bij mijn kamer die er op dat moment niet was waardoor er toch wel enige irritatie was. plus ook het feit dat ondanks dat ik een transfer had door gegeven via e-mail deze niet ter plaatse was ivm met verwisseling van naam '

'One of the best hotel staying experience! My room was my home away from home, after a hectic day of work or wading through the incessant monsoons. The morning breakfast spread was sumptuous and wholesome...that would tide me over till 4 pm - which would be my lunch and dinner with my partners. Fabulous staff..at the front and especially the special needs staff - Neelam and Mathiya were so so sweet and brought in a humane touch to the stay. I would surely love to stay here again!'
