'Het is een relatief duur hotel, en het ontbijt en de bediening was goed ( ontbijt is echt Colombiaans) . Echter voor deze prijs verwacht je geen gordijnen die eigenlijk niet dicht te doen zijn, maar 1 stoel op de kamer, en geen mogelijkheid om buiten je kamer te zitten ( behalve in restaurant of bar, waar je wat betaald moet drinken. 'The property is nice the staff are friendly but the reason why I gave 3 stars overall was because after spending 8 days paying around the same price for a night they raised the price significantly and when I asked if I could keep the same rate the response was kind of snarky telling me the price that it would go up to like if I couldn’t cover it, they said that they needed to talk the the general manager and they never did so I decided to check out and go to another hotel. 'The room is spacious and clean, but it lacks a heater. We had reserved a Superior double with a Mountain View, but we were given a King and twin bed with a glass-sealed window offering a view of the hotel’s interior. In Ipiales, nighttime temperatures remain low, causing the room to cool quickly. During one of our three-night stays, we were provided with a hot water bag within the bed covers, potentially intended to warm the bed. 'Facilities were ok, shower water pressure was very poor, no bottled water in room, restaurant was not plant based customer friendly at all, the light in the room was very soft and made impossible to read or work. No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive.'
