Amazing stay
Upon arrival we were accommodated in the nearby hotel Girandela 5 *, everything was famous. Services, accommodation and surroundings. So I can rate the Hotel Allegro only from the point of view of the surroundings and it is amazing, close to the sea and the nice town of Rabac.

Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Leider ist das Hotel sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer zu zweit dass kaum Platz für bewegungen gibt. DasMorgenbuffetwar für 3 Sterne in ordnung, jedoch muss man auf Orangensaft oder feinen Kaffe verzichten.

Das Zimmer war viel zu klein für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind. Auch an der Sauberkeit könnte man noch arbeiten. Spinnweben zum Beispiel. Ansonsten ein super Essen. Riesige Auswahl. Nettes Personal. Der Strand war sehr schnell zu erreichen.

La struttura non è nuova e quindi si sentono molto i rumori anche i meno forti, il letto scricchiolava e i cuscini sono da cambiare, il buffet è abbondante ma di scarsa qualità, in più difficilmente si trovano alternative Vegan. In compenso il personale è davvero molto cortese, gentile e professionale.

Hotel correttamente da tre stelle. Bella struttura anche se un po' datata, buona cucina, buona ospitalità dallo staff. Manca qualcosa nella cura dei particolari. In particolare la pulizia potrebbe essere più attenta.

Just as much as I pay...
This hotel is little bit dated. Overall room condition is not good. Half board food are just about what I pay for. Since there are many choices available, if some one needs clean room; then better look around. One good part is all the staffs were very kind and suppotive.

Great choice for a weekend getaway
We search a nice place for a weekend getaway and we where totally surprised in a positive way (because of the reviews 3.6/5). The staff was very friendly, the studio with sea side was big and in a very good shape. For breakfast and dinner the hotel offers a buffet which was good for the price we paid. The location of the hotel is also great. You need 3 min to the beach which is not too overcrowded and with very clean water. In walking distance you will also find a lot of different restaurants. All in all a very good choice if you are looking for a hotel in the Istra region. Only a side note for people who are looking for partying - you should consider other locations as this is a more family oriented destination (in our opinion)

Conosco già Rabac e Valamar quattro stelle, un altro pianeta !!! Questo hotel gode di una buona posizione vicino al mare, le camere sono datate, piccolissime e rumorose, andrebbero perlomeno ristrutturate... Cucina essenziale, non di qualità ma il problema è che bisogna fare la fila x trovare posto a tavola e poi nuovamente la fila al buffet sottodimensionato rispetto agli ospiti presenti. Personale gentile e con il sorriso ma non basta a soddisfare le esigenze minime di una famiglia in vacanza.

Everything was great! More Swedes should come there! Food was generally great - but they need to learn cook fisch better. Nice meat like tuna - should never be overcocked or dry. Staff, room, location, view, wheather - everyting was perfect! :))

Ok ma si può migliorare.
Sono stata in questo hotel con il mio compagno per una decina di giorni e abbiamo optato per la pensione completa. Il personale alla reception è stato fantastico, parlano perfettamente l'italiano. Le camere non sono male tranne per la moquette. Manca il frigobar e la cassaforte in camera e ci sono solo 2 prese di corrente. La televisione come canali italiani aveva solo Rai 1.Il bagno era molto pulito come il resto della camera. L'hotel è provvisto di piscina con acqua salata molto pulita. Il problema più grosso dell'hotel è il ristorante a buffet. Per la colazione nulla da dire, c'è parecchia scelta sia dolce che salata. Per quanto riguarda pranzo e cena, i primi erano troppo al dente e senza sale; le verdure cotte erano crude o non sapevano di nulla; tranne il pollo e il tacchino, le altre carni erano delle suole piene di nervi. Ottime le patate e la pizza. Come dessert c'è scelta tra frutta torte e gelato. Il personale della sala è molto cordiale peró abbiamo notato che i primi giorni siamo stati seguiti da tutti i camerieri; ma più passavano i giorni, meno venivamo seguiti in quanto venivano privilegiati i clienti che lasciavano le mance. Il mare è pulitissimo, raggiungibile tramite una discesa di un centinaio di metri. Le spiagge sono di sassi ed è possibile fare escursioni e giochi d'acqua. Nel complesso è un luogo rilassante che vale la pena di essere visto e mi piacerebbe soggiornarvi nuovamente, anche nello stesso hotel, a patto che sistemino le sue pecche.

Location vecchia necessità una ristrutturazione totale dei servizi a disposizione dei clienti. Ristorante scadente di bassa qualità e troppo piccolo x il numero di ospiti. Pulizia in camera non sufficiente. Aria condizionata inutilizzabile la notte perché veramente MOLTO rumorosa. Sul sito si vede una spiaggia che NON FA PARTE DELL'hotel!!!! Truffatori!

Zu wenig Parkplätze für die Hotelgäste; Keine Möglichkeit das Auto beim Be- und Entladen nahe vor den Hoteleingang zu fahren; Alte Teppichböden und Duschkabinen in den Zimmern; Der Duschkopf war alt und verkalkt; Zu wenig Ablagefläche im Badezimmer; Die Steckdose im Badezimmer war nur für schmale Stecker zu benutzen; Der Teppichboden ist während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht gesaugt worden; Der Kleiderschrank war zu klein; Es gab keine Möglichkeit, die Koffer unterzubringen; Es gab außer im Badezimmer nur eine weiter Steckdose im Zimmer; Im Speisesaal war es sehr laut und teilweise überfüllt, die geteilten Essenszeiten am Abend waren schlecht aufgeteilt. Das Essen war okay, etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre wünschenswert. Schlußendlich mussten wir zur Abreise mehr Reisekosten bezahlen, als angegeben ( laut Aussage hätte das etwas mit dem Wechselkurs zu tun ! ??? ).

L'hotel è un casermone adatto a famiglie con figli
Camera prenotata con "vista sul parco". La camera assegnataci è al primo piano e la finestra dà su un tetto! Facciamo presente la tipologia della prenotazione e ci danno una stanza che dà sull'ingresso dell'hotel, con tanto di auto in transito; pretendiamo la camere con vista parco e la terza che cercano di affibbiarci è al piano terra, finestra che è al livello di un giardino dove... sono parcheggiate delle auto! Alla fine ci assegnano la camera giusta! Il ristorante fa del suo meglio ma il cibo preparato per centinaia di persone non è dei migliori, e per quanto il personale sia efficiente certo non può rispondere a tutte le esigenze dei clienti, che devono fare la fila per poter cenare! Dopo la terza sera (eravamo in all inclusive) abbiamo deciso di andare fuori a cena! Il personale delle camere è molto sbrigativo e fa le pulizie in modo superficiale. L'Hotel non ha una sua spiaggia: bisogna andare sul lungomare e scegliere una delle tante spiagge attrezzate. Il mare in compenso è molto molto pulito.

Not quite what they make it out to be...
Group of 6 of us stayed at this Hotel booking the "all inclusive" package.. Upon first arriving we couldnt find the hotel, no big sign the one they had was low and hidden car cars due to the limited dirt parking. When checking in they couldn't find any of our reservations and had to call their headquarters, who forgot to send over our reservations for our stay. the hotel had no idea we were coming. The Bar tenders and staff really weren't that nice.. more on the rude side and did not like that we were not 70+, which seemed to be more of the target age the hotel books for. The Food and Drinks provided with the "all inclusive' was terrible, drinks ONLY included local beer and wine during lunch and diner hours and the food itself was not good. Most days we ended up having to eat out after. The bar is extra $$ along with the water and juice bar they have out during the day, NOT free. The rooms were very small and old, clean yes but starting to fall apart. not worth the price you pay per night. Definitely would not recommend

Hotel was nice, food was subpar. If you are looking for something close to the water to relax and it be nice and quite it is fantastic. Water around the hotel is the nicest we visted in Croatia. But if you are looking too have a little fun at night get out dance, drink a little to much this place is probably not for you.

personale (TUTTO) molto professionale e simpatico. Cucina di qualità anche se ripetitiva nelle proposte giornaliere. Interessanti i programmi di intrattenimento serale. Posizione ottima.

Mycket trevlig personal och inget att klaga på förutom att all inklusive var det inte mer som helpension.inget dricka mellan kl.14:00 och 17:30 snacksen i baren bestod av ett glas på bardisken med jordnötter.Inget kaffe ingick förutom till frukost.Hotellet låg nära vattnet och med väldigt fin utsikt kan rekommendera att boka rum mot polen då man ser havet i stället för en trist parkering med skugga.

The hotel is in a beautiful area. it is kind of dated but clearly management expands significant efforts to keep the property clean and inviting. We were on a full board plan. The food was reasonable, but nothing like a high level restaurant. You cannot go hungry though. What bothered us is our inability to get away from smokers either in the hotel (you cannot smoke inside but smoke drifts in from the outside through open doors) or at the beach (you can be surrounded by smokers at any time).
