'I would like to start by saying I was not expecting anything luxurious, but finding roaches in the bed headboard area was definitely not what I expected. When I checked in, the front desk associate was polite, and the check-in process was quick and easy. However, after about three hours in the room, I noticed a roach on the wall. Once I started looking around more carefully, I found another on the TV console, one near the edge of the headboard, and later a small roach even walked across my iPad...

'No elevator. Vending only takes cash. I got in at 3 AM. Check is was totally fine. I woke up at 9 and asked for a late checkout and she said, I could stay till noon when I got up to get ready. 'Checked in and unpacked and had to leave for an event. Noticed immediatly that the bathroom was covered in dirty boot debris and the shower had remnants of some kind of chemicals in it. The bathroom counter had a used soap bar on it. Laid down to watch tv about 1130 pm and the tv didnt work. We went downstairs and stff confirmed a plumber had unclogged the tub earlier. ' Did do a blacklight check of the bed, sheets, blanket and beadspread, found nothing to report, CLEAN! Did blacklight in the bathroom, floor-clean, toilet-clean, tub-clean! The tv stand and sitting chair had some questionable areas. The tv remote was clean. Overall the room was clean but the smoke smell was awful. The staff was pleasant, not a lot of interaction with staff except for check-in. '

'The literal only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars is because the water is barely warm for showers & baths. It would run decently hot for about 30 seconds and then the warmest it would get is a Luke warm temp. I reserved a room with a bath tub for a reason and was very much looking forward to relaxing baths in the evenings as I was there for work…. But the water temp just was too cold to be comfortable. The room itself and the staff were wonderful. '
