We are offering our house in Lacanau for rent. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac that opens directly onto the lake, in a small, quiet, and lush hamlet on the west shore, come discover our little corner of paradise!

The house is brand-new (completed in February 2022) and measures 180 m². It features:

- 4 bathrooms (1 large bathroom with a tub and shower and 1 additional bathroom, in addition to the 2 bathrooms in the master suites),

The house is very well equipped: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, Sodastream, Magimix, and other kitchen appliances, towel warmers and hair dryers in the bathrooms… etc. Pantry with a second refrigerator and washing machine, travel crib, high chair, TV, board games, Wi-Fi (fiber and RJ45 jacks), underfloor heating, a plancha grill, deck chairs, lounge chairs, a hammock, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after returning from the beach, a Type 2 electric car charging station,… Etc.
