The villa has a large living room, (very) high ceiling with : Living room with 3 sofas and Tv (international channels and platforms thanks to the box), dining table, Us kitchen fully fitted and equipped with New appliances (induction hob, oven, large fridge, freezer, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc...) overlooking the large covered terrace and the private swimming pool of 8x4m. Heated Pool (27*c) from April to October.

Wifi (fibre) in the house.

On either side of this central room, you will find two night "wings".

Wing 1:

- Bedroom 1: double bed 160x200 with its own shower room and Wc

- Bedroom 2: "parenta" space composed of a bedroom with a 160x200 bed (with Tv) + a bathroom + separate Wc + dressing room. Garden/pool view.

Wing 2 :

- Bedroom 3: 2 beds 90x200. Garden/pool view

- Bedroom 4 : 1 bed 160x200 + 2 single bunk beds.

- 1 shower room

- 1 independent Wc.

You have at your disposal the terrace and garden furniture (dining table, chairs, parasols, deck chairs...).

The access to the swimming pool is not protected by barriers. However, there is an approved pool alarm.
