The house is located approximately 2.5 kilometres from the Atlantic Ocean beaches and shops, while Lacanau Lake is accessible in a few minutes, just 3 kilometres away. This location is perfect for enjoying water activities, forest walks, and the tranquillity of the surrounding nature.



The ground floor features a pleasant living area with a lounge space equipped with a sofa and television, opening onto a functional kitchen area. It has everything necessary for a fully autonomous stay, with a dining space and equipment suitable for a holiday rental. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and storage, as well as a second bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children. A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC completes the sleeping area.
