Welcome to Villa Oxéanide, a new house of 255 m² designed for large tables and holidays in the sun. It is located in Lacanau Océan, on the north beach side, a few minutes from the city center and the beach. Each room is named after a summer song: here, the weather is good and the sun is shining!

- Covered terrace of 50 m² on one level with the living room: large 320 cm wooden table, outdoor lounge, deckchairs and electric plancha
- 6 x 3 m heated swimming pool, treated with salt, secured by a roller shutter certified NF P90-308
- Master suite "L'Été Indien": 180 x 200 bed, dressing room and private bathroom
- "Le Temps est Bon" desk: sofa bed 140, exercise bike; it is used as an extra bedroom

Included in your stay:

- On-site reception on arrival and departure or self-arrival possible
Optional:

Good to know:
- Arrival from 4 pm, departure at 10 am at the latest
- 14 people maximum, including visitors; parties and events not allowed
- Non-smoking house; pets not allowed
- Quiet after 10 p.m., out of respect for the neighborhood
- Keep the pool cover closed when swimming, especially with young children
- Bike rental nearby (Vélo d'Albret)
